What you can buy
Game naira packs, used only inside Ekpoma Life (to buy food, clothes, rent, cars and more in the game). Prices are in Nigerian naira and include everything you pay us.

Game naira is not real money: it can't be cashed out, withdrawn or exchanged.
How you pay and when you get it
You pay on the secure page of our payment partner, Flutterwave or Paystack (card, bank
transfer or USSD). As soon as the payment is confirmed, the game naira is added to your
in-game bank — usually within seconds. If it hasn't arrived within 30 minutes, contact us
with your payment reference (it starts with ekl_).
Refunds
Game naira is a digital item delivered instantly, so purchases are final once the game naira has been added to your account. We will refund you in full when:
- you were charged but the game naira never arrived and we can't deliver it;
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase (we refund the extra charge);
- a payment was made from your account without your permission and reported quickly.
To ask for a refund, contact us within 14 days of the payment with your payment reference and the email on your account. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Flutterwave or Paystack, usually within 5–10 working days. This policy does not affect your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.
