Ekpoma Life

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This explains what personal data Ekpoma Life collects, why, and the rights you have under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Ekpoma Life (run by Isaac Akhabue, Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria) is responsible for your data.

What we collect

Voice chat is live only: we do not record it. We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's storage for settings like volume. We do not use advertising trackers, and we never sell your data.

Why we use it

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run Ekpoma Life: our hosting providers (Amazon Web Services, Vercel), and our payment partners (Flutterwave, Paystack) when you pay. Other players see only your in-game name, character and what you do in the game. We may share data if the law requires it.

Where it is stored and for how long

Our servers are hosted by Amazon Web Services in Europe and the website by Vercel. We keep your data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except payment records we must keep by law.

Keeping it safe

Everything travels over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, access to our servers is restricted, and the database is backed up daily.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy of it. Contact us (see below). You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Adults only

Ekpoma Life is for people 18 and over. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we close it and delete its data.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy; we'll show the new date at the top. Questions or requests: Contact.
